Uview is a visualization project which displayed news stories based on location. Uview provided the context of a news story by retrieving and displaying related Twitter posts and Flickr images.

</p> Users are able to: * Click on markers to explore the social magnitude of the news * Filter using category tabs * Select multiple tabs to compare social magnitude by category

</p> Code for this project was written in PHP, JavaScript, and integrated with the Twitter and Flickr APIs.  This was a joint project with Fábio Costa, Alexandre Miguel Ferreira, Panos Kovanis, Davide Modolo, Tyrone Vriesde, Thomas Wielemaker, Hans van 't Woud.
